During 4 ? 7 Apr, the rather strong high-pressure system from China that covers upper Thailand will weaken. A rising in temperature by 3-5 C is forecast in the upper country. The strong easterly wind which prevails across the Gulf of Thailand and the South will weaken. Thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are expected in the South. The moderate wind and waves in the Gulf and the Anadaman Sea are about 1-2 meters high and more than 2 meters in thundershowers. During 8 ? 10 Apr, the heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot and haze during the day. The weakening easterly wind prevails across the Gulf of Thailand and the South with less rain in the South.

During 3 ? 7 Apr, people in the South should beware of the severe condition that may cause overflows and flash floods. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
