General Situation
The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand while the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail across the upper country where hot weather occurs. Thundershowers, gusty winds and lightning strikes are forecast in the western Central and the upper South regions. Isolated heavy rain and hail are forecast in the North. People should beware of the severe conditions by avoiding outdoor places, big trees, unsecured buildings and billboards. All transports take more caution in thunderstorms. Farmers should prepare for crop damage. The southerly and the southeasterly winds prevailing over the South is strengthening with more rain in the areas and isolated heavy rain in the South(east coast).

mostly in Loei, Bueng Kan, Chaiyaphum and Nakhon Ratchasima.

Northeasterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Central Part Scattered thundershowers with gusty winds. Isolated heavy rains
in Uthai Thani, Chainat, KanChanaburi, Suphanburi, Ratchaburi,
Nakhon Phatom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon.
Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 30-37 C.
Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern Part Isolated thundershowers mostly in Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter offshore.
Southern Part (East Coast) Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan,
Chumpon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.
