During 28 Apr ? 3 May, the southerly and the southeasterly wind prevailing over upper Thailand will strengthen while during 1 ? 4 May, the moderate high pressure from China will extend to the North and the Northeast where hot to very hot weather occurs. Outbreak of thunderstorms with gusty wind and hail are forecast in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East regions. Isolated heavy rains are possible in the upper country. During 30 Apr ? 4 May, the easterly and the southeasterly winds prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. Thundershowers and isolated heavy rains are likely in the South.
The active low cell over the lower part of Philippines is expected to intensify and move to the upper South China Sea with no effect on Thailand.
Warning
During 28 Apr ? 3 May, people in the upper country should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers should prepare preventation for crop damage.
