During 11-14 May, the southwesterly winds prevail over Thailand, the Gulf, and the Andaman Sea with continuous rain and isolated heavy rain. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea thundershowers about 2 meters high and the Gulf are about 1 meter high.
During 15-17 May, the southwesterly winds prevail over Thailand, the Gulf, and the Andaman Sea will be stronger. Meanwhile The high pressure area from China will covers the Northeastern Thailand and South China Sea. These are cause Thailand remains rain with isolated heavy rain and isolated very heavy rain in the Northeastern part. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea ,and the Gulf will intensify. Andaman Sea about 2 meters high and above 2 meters in thundershowers, the upper Gulf 1-2 meters high and about 2 meters in thundershowers.
The cyclonic storm ?ASANI? over the coast of central India is moving northwest slowly to make landfall over central India on 11 and 12 May. It then will decline respectively, and the storm does not directly affect Thailand.
Warning
People in the southern region should be aware of the heavy rain and accumulated rain that may be flashing floods. All ships in the Gulf, and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers that will occur during this period.

Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.

Metropolitan Scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers throughout the period.
