General Situation
The moderate southerly and southwesterly winds prevail across Thailand while the low-pressure cell cover upper Vietnam. There remains persistent rainfall and isolated heavy rains over the country. People should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows.
The wind across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf becomes weaker forcing the waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf about 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
In addition, the tropical cyclone ?ASANI? has downgraded to the tropical depression over the coast of central India. It is moving west-southwest slowly to make landfall over central India.
