General Situation
The southwest monsoon prevails across Thailand while the low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam. There remains persistent rainfall and isolated heavy rains in the upper Northeast, the East and the South (west coast). People should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows.
The wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 1 meter high and thundershowers above 1 meter high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
