General Situation
The high-pressure system covers the Northeast of Thailand while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rains, with gusty winds, are forecast for the whole country while isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, and the East. People should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards. All transports take more caution during the phenomena. Farmers should prevent for crop damage. The wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf about 1 meter high and in thundershowers above 1 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
