The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over the upper Laos and the upper Vietnam. Meanwhile, the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Thundershowers remain in the country with isolated heavy rains in the Northeast. People should beware of severe condition.
The wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 1 meter high and above 1 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
