The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, the upper North of Thailand into the low pressure cell in upper Laos and the Gulf of Tonkin. Meanwhile the southerly and the southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast, the lower Central and the East regions. In addition, the weak southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. More rains and isolated gusty winds is likely in the upper country. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, Northeast and the South. People in the area should beware of the severe conditions.

Amnat Charoen and Ubon Ratchathani.
