The weak southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Meanwhile, the low pressure cell covers upper Vietnam and southern China. There remains less rain in the whole country and thundershowers, as well as isolated heavy rains, in the upper North. People should beware of the severe condition and its accumulation.
