The southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Meanwhile, the low pressure cell covers upper Laos and upper Vietnam. In addition, the southerly wind prevails over the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. Thundershowers are likely in the whole country while isolated heavy rains and gusty winds are possible for the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South regions. People should beware of the severe conditions.
The weak wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf about 1 meter high and in thundershowers 1-2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
