The moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Meanwhile the weakening southerly wind prevails across the lower Central and the East. Less rain is forecasted in the upper country and isolated heavy rains are forecasted in the South. People should beware of the severe conditions.
The wind waves in the upper Andaman Sea are 1-2 meters high and in thundershowers above 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
