Weather Forecast During 3 ? 6 Jul, the monsoon trough move up to lie across Myanmar, upper Laos and upper Vietnam into the low-pressure cell over southern China. Meanwhile, the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Continuous rainfalls are likely in the whole country and isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South(west coast) regions. The rather strong wind forces the wave in the upper Andaman Sea are 2 - 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while the waves in the upper Gulf are about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.

More rains are likely in the whole country and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South(west coast) regions. The weakening wind forces the wave in the upper Andaman Sea are about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers while the waves in the upper Gulf are 1-2 meters high and about 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Tropical storm ?CHABA? over southern China. It is expected to weaken to tropical depression and active low-pressure cell, respectively. This storm with no direct effect on Thailand.
Warning People should beware of severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows and take more caution in thundershowers throughout the period. All ships over the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore until 6 July 2022.
