General Situation
The southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is strengthening. Meanwhile, the low-pressure cell covers Myanmar. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the Central, the East and the South (west coast) regions. People in the area should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the foothills near waterways and lowlands.
The strengthening wind and wave in the upper Andaman Sea are about 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
