The stronger southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand, and the low-pressure cell covers Myanmar. There remains isolated heavy rains in the western portions of the North, the East and the South (west coast). People should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the foothills near waterways and lowlands. The stronger wind forces the waves 1-2 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
