General Situation
The high-pressure system from China cover the upper North, the upper Northeast of Thailand and upper Laos leads to the monsoon trough move down to lies across the lower North, the Central and the East into the low-pressure cell over the lower Northeast. Meanwhile, the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Torrential rains are likely in the overall country and isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vinicity, the East and the South (west coast) regions. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the foothills near waterways and lowlands.
In addition, typhoon ?NORU? over the moddle South China Sea is expected to make landfall over middle Vietnam on 28 September.

in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun.

in Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen,
Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Central Part Fairly widespread thundershowers with isolated heavy rains
in Nakhon Sawan, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri,
Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon.

Eastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers with isolated heavy rains
in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern Part (East Coast) Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani,
Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
