The monsoon trough prevails across the middle South of Thailand, and an active low-pressure cell covers the upper Andaman Sea. At the same time, the southwesterly wind across the Andaman Sea and the South of Thailand becomes stronger with continuous rainfalls and isolated torrential rains in the whole South. People should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the foothills near waterways and lowlands. The winds in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand become stronger, forcing the waves in the Gulf 1-2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. The waves in the Andaman Sea are 2-3 meters high and in thundershowers more than 3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore lasting 22 October.
Meanwhile, the moderate high-pressure system was weakening covers upper the North, the Northeast and South China Sea with morning cool, fog and strongwinds over the area. People should keep healthy due to the variable weather.
In addition, at 4.00 a.m. tropical storm NESAT over Southern part of Hainan Island. it was due 190 km east of Dong Hoi, Vietnam.The storm will decline to a tropical depression and will make landfall over upper Vietnam 21 October before declining rapidly, affecting the east of Northeast of Thailand isolated light rain.

in Ranong, Phuket, Phang Nga, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
