During 31 Oct ? 1 Nov, the moderate high-pressure system from China are extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Strong wind and 1 ? 2 C drop in temperature are likely in the upper country. Temperature will decrease in the Northeast firstly and follow by the rest regions. During 2 ? 6 Nov, the another high-pressure system will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Temperature will decrease by 2-4 C in the upper country. The monsoon truough lies across the lower South of Thailand. Continous rain and isolated heavy rain are forecast in this area. The waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 1 meter high and 1 ? 2 meters high in thundershowers. In addition, severe tropical storm ?NALGAE? over the upper South China Sea is expected to make landfall over the coast of South of China with no affect on Thailand?s weather.
Caution
People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather and in the South area should beware of severe condition and precipitation accumulation that may cause flash floods and surface runoff, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ship should proceed with cautions and keep off thundershowers.
