General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand and the upper South with morning cool in the area. A decrease in temperature by 1-2 C are forecast in the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold is forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 7-14 C while the Northeast ranges by 10-15 C. People in the area should be careful of their health due to variable weather.
the monsoon trough lies across the lower South of Thailand into the low-pressure cell over the coast of Malaysia. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. Continuous rainfall and isolated heavy rains are forecast in the lower South. People in the South beware of accumulated rain that may cause flash floods and overflows.
In addition, the severe tropical storm ?NALGAE? over the upper South China Sea is expected to move to the coastline of Guangdong, China during 2-3 November 2022, then downgrade rapidly. This storm has no effect on Thailand?s weather.
