During 3 - 4 Nov, the moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand. Cool to cold in the morning and temperature will decrease slightly. During 5 - 9 Nov, the high pressure system covering upper country is weaken. Morning cool with fog are likely in upper Country and temperature will increase 1 - 3 C with isolated rain in someplaces The monsoon truough lying across the lower South with continuous rainfalls and isolated heavy rain throughout the period. During 4 - 6 Nov, the monsoon trough will intensify with isolated very heavy rains are forecast in the South. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. The waves in the lower Gulf are 1 - 2 meters high and about 2 meters high in thundershowers area throughout the period.
Caution
During 3 - 4 Nov, People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather and during 5 - 9 Nov, the South area should beware of severe condition and precipitation accumulation that may cause flash floods and surface runoff, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
