During 8 - 9 Nov, the moderate high-pressure system covers the upper country. Morning cool to cold and fog are likely in the upper country and isolated rains are possible in the East. The monsoon trough lies across the lower South. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon and the easterly winds prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea is weakening caused Less rains in tthe south but still isolated heavy rains are forecast in the south. During 10 - 14 Nov, the moderate high-pressure system covering upper Thailand is weakening. Meanwhile, the easterly winds prevailing over lower of Northeast, lower of central, including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. Morning cool with fog are likely in the upper country. An increase in temperature by 1-3 C are forecast in North, the Central and the East while 2-4 C increase in temperature are forecast in the Northeast. Isolated rains are forecasted in lower of Northeast, lower of central, including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. The low-pressure area covers Malasia. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon and the easterly winds prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea is strengthening with more rains and isolated heavy rains in the south.
Caution
People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather throughout the period. During 11-14 Nov, people in the South should beware of severe condition and accumulated rains that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All ship should proceed with cautions and keep off thundershowers.
