During 14 - 18 Nov, the weakened high-pressure system over upper Thailand and moved cover South China Sea makes the easterly and the southeasterly winds at high level prevails and moist over the upper country. Thundershowers are likely in the lower the North, the Northeast, the Central, Bangkok and vicinity and the East. During 19 - 20 Nov, another high-pressure system from China will extend to upper the Northeast. Less rains and decreasing in temperature are likely in the upper Northeast. Temperature decreases by 1-3 C in the Northeast first and follow by the rest regions In addition, the northeast monsoon and Easterly winds prevails over the Gulf, the South and Andaman Sea while the monsoon trough will lie across the lower part of the South with continuous rainfall and isolated heavy rains in the South throughout the period and isolated very heavy rains during 14 - 25 Nov.
Caution
People in upper Thailand should keep healthy due to the variable weather. Farmers in the upper country should prepare for crop?s damage due to isolated rain People in the South should beware of severe condition that may cause flash floods and surface runoff, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands throughout the period. All ship should proceed with cautions and avoid thundershowers.
