General Situation

The monsoon trough lies across the lower South of the country while the low-pressure cell covers the lower Andman Sea and northernmost Sumattra. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon and the easterly wind prevail over the Gulf and the South. This leads to continuous rainfalls likely with heavy to very heavy rains in some places of the South. People beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the water ways near foothills and lowlands.
In addition, the weakened high-pressure system over upper Thailand and moved cover South China Sea makes the easterly and the southeasterly winds at high level prevails and moist over the lower the Northeast, the Central, Bangkok and vicinity and the East. Isolated thundershowers are also possible over those areas. Morning cool in the North and the upper Northeast. People should keep healthy.

Lamphun, Lampang, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun.

Cold to very cold on mountaintops. Minimum temperature 6-12 C.
Northeasterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Upper part : Morning cool and fog.
Lower part : Isolated thundershowers mostly in Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham,
Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.

Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lop Buri, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya,
Suphan Buri, Ratchaburi, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon.
Minimum temperature 23-24 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C.
Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C.
Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Wave height below 1 meter and about 1 meter offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains
in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat,
Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C.
Southeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains
in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 28-33 C.
Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers.
