The rather strong high-pressure system has covered upper Thailand with cool to cold. The temperature will decrease by 2-4 degrees Celsius with strong winds in the Northeast then by 1-3 degrees Celsius in the Northern and Central regions, including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. People keep healthy.
The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand the South and Andaman Sea. The strengthening wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf up to 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution. Small boat should keep ashove.

Surat Thani upwards: Northeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and in thundershowers about 2 meters.
Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards: Northeasterly winds 20-40 km/hr.
Wave height 2-3 meters and in thundershowers above 3 meters.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun.

Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.
Bangkok Metropolitan
