General Situation

The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea leads to morning cool to cold and fog in the North and the Northeast. In addition, the westerly trough moves pass the North and the upper Northeast while the easterly wind prevails over the upper country with thundershowers. People should keep healthy due to the variable weather and beware of fire due to strong winds and dry air.
The low-pressure cell covers the lower Gulf leads to isolated heavy rains in the South. The wind forces the waves in the Gulf up to 1-2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Prachuap Khiri Khan,
Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C.
Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga and Krabi.
Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C.
Northeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter, offshore more than 1 meter and in thundershowers 1-2 meters.
