The strong high-pressure system from China covers the upper northeastern Thailand with a decrease in temperatures by 2-4 C and strong winds first in the Northeast then the rest upper country. People keep healthy and beware of fire due to strong winds and dry air.The northeast monsoon prevailing across the Gulf of Thailand, the South and the Andaman Sea will strengthen. Isolated thundershower is likely in the lower South. The wind forces the waves in the lower Gulf about 2 meters high and in thundershowers above 2 meters high.
