During 14 - 17 Feb 2023, another rather strong high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand and south china sea while the southeasterly winds bring the humid air from south china sea and the gulf of Thailand to the lower Northeast,the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East region. During 16- 19 Feb 2023, the westerly trough will move pass the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand. During 14 - 19 Feb 2023, thunderstorm with gusty winds and hails will be likely in the upper country in the first period after that temperature will decrease and strong wind. A decrease in temperature by 4 - 6 C is likely in the Northeast while 1 - 4 C decrease in temperature is likely in the North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East region. During 13 - 14 Feb 2023, the weak easterly and the southeasterly winds prevails over the Gulf of Thailand, the South and the Andaman Sea with less rain in the South. During 15 - 19 Feb 2023, the easterly and the southeasterly winds prevailing over the Gulf of Thailand, the South and the Andaman Sea will strengthen with more rain in the South. The wind and waves in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea will be stronger with about 2 meters high in the lower Gulf and 2 - 3 meters in thundershowers.

During 14 - 17 Feb 2023, people in the upper country should beware of thunderstrom and gusty wind with hails by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards.
