General Situation

The westerly trough will cover the North of Thailand with isolated thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail in the North. A decrease in temperatures by 2-4 C will then follow. People should beware of the severe weather conditions by keeping off open space, large trees, billboards, and unsecured buildings. Farmers should prevent for crop?s damage and keep healthy due to the variables weather. Meanwhile, the rather strong high pressure system covers the upper country with morning cool to cold a decrease in temperatures by 1-2 C. There remains stronger northeast monsoon prevailing across the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea with more rain and isolated heavy rains in the South. The rather strong winds forces the waves 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and more than 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats keep ashore.

Morning cool with scatterred thunderstorms and isolated gusty winds and hail mostly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Sukhothai and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 18-22 C. Maximum temperature 30-33 C. Cold to very cold on mountaintops. Minimum temperature 5-14 C. Southeasterly winds 10-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Morning cool to cold with gusty winds. A decrease in temperatures by 1-2 C. Minimum temperature 13-20 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C. Cool to cold on mountaintops. Minimum temperature 10-15 C. Northeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Central
Morning cool with isolated thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Pathom, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi Minimum temperature 21-23 C. Maximum temperature 30-32 C. Easterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Morning cool and isolated light rain. A decrease in temperatures by 1-2 C. Minimum temperature 21-24 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 21-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-33 C. Surat Thani upwards: Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards: Easterly winds 20-40 km/hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Morning cool and isolated light rain. A decrease in temperatures by 1-2 C. Minimum temperature 22-24 C. Maximum temperature 28-31 C. Easterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
