During 25 - 28 Feb 2023, the strong high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South Chaina Sea. The weather in upper Thailand will be cool to cold in the morning with windy and 2 - 5 C drop in temperature. The northeast monsoon over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea will strengthen with more rains and Isolated heavy rains in the lower South. The wind and waves in the Gulf are likely 2 - 4 meters high and above 4 meters in thundershowers while 1 - 2 meters offshore in the Andaman Sea. During 1 - 2 Mar 2023, the high-pressure system over upper Thailand is weakening and cause temperature rise with morning fog. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. Isolated thundershowers with heavy rain are forecast in the South. The wind and wave in the lower Gulf are likely 2 - 3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.

During 25 - 28 Feb 2023, people in the upper country should keep healthy due to variation weather. People in the lower South should beware of the severe condition.
