Weather Outlook During 10 - 16 Mar 2023
During 10 - 11 and 15 - 16 Mar 2023, Eastery and southeastery winds prevails over upper Thailand. Morning light fog and hot during the day are likely in the upper country. During 12 - 14 Mar 2023, the moderate high pressure from China will extend to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea. It will bring eastery and southeastery winds to the North, the Central and the East. In addition, the westerly trough will move the North while the weather is hot over the upper country. Thunderstorms with gust and hail including lightning strike are likely in the areas. The eastly and the southeasterly wind prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea will weaken with less rains and isolated thundershowers mostly in the lower part. The wind and wave in the lower Gulf are 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Caution
People in the upper country should keep healthy due to the variable weather throughout the period. During 12 - 14 Mar 2023, people in the upper country should beware severe conditions.
