General Situation

The heat low covers upper Thailand with day hot to very hot and haze while the southerly and the Southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast, the Central and East regions. Hot with isolated thundershowers and gusty winds remains in the area. People should keep healthy due to hot weather and beware off the severe conditions. The southeasterly and the northeasterly winds prevail across the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershowers in the South. From 26 to 29 March, another moderate high pressure system from China will cover the South China Sea and northeastern Thailand where hot to very hot occurs. Summer storms will be possible first in the Northeast then the rest regions. It also comes with thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail, as well as lightning strikes, in some places.

Northern
Day hot to very hot and haze. Isolated thundershowers and gusty winds mostly in Mae Hong Son, Chiangmai, Lamphun and Lampang. Minimum temperature 19-27 C. Maximum temperature 35-41 C. Westerly winds 5-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Day hot to very hot and haze. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds mostly in Loei, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 22-27 C. Maximum temperature 39-41 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Day hot to very hot and haze. Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 36-40 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Day hot to very hot and haze. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Chachoengsao, Chonburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-40 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Partly cloudy and isolated thundershowers mostly in Phatthakung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 31-36 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot and isolated thundershowers mostly in Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Northwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Day hot and haze. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-39 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
