At the same time, the southerly and the southeasterly winds prevail over the upper Thailand. Thunderstorms with gusty wind and hail will be present in the upper country. During 30 Mar - 2 Apr 2023, the heat low-pressure cell covers upper Thailand, hot to very hot with haze during the day. At the same time, the southerly and the southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast and the East causes thundershowers with gusty wind in someplaces. The easterly wind prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea. There remain isolated thundershowers in the South throughout the period.
