General Situation

The heat low-pressure cell covers the lower North, the western portion of the Northeast and the upper Central of Thailand with hot weather over the country and very hot in the North and the Central. Meanwhile the moderate high-pressure system covering the Northeast and the South China Sea becomes weaker. As a result, the southerly and the southeasterly winds prevailing over the upper country is weakening. Less rains and isolated thundershowers with gusty winds are likely in the upper country. People should beware of the severe conditions. The easterly and southeasterly winds prevail across the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershowers in the South.

Northern

Northeastern
Day hot and haze. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds mostly in Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 22-25 C. Maximum temperature 36-39 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Day hot to very hot and haze. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Lopburi, Saraburi and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 36-40 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Day hot and haze. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Prachinburi, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-38 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and in thundershowers more than 1 meter.
Southern (East Coast)
Day hot and isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Songkhla and Yala. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-37 C. Surat Thani upwards: Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and in thundershowers more than 1 meter. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards: Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and in thundershowers more than 1 meter.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot and isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and in thundershowers more than 1 meter.
Bangkok Metropolitan
