General Situation

The moderate high pressure system covers the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Meanwhile, the upper country has hot to very hot weather. In addition, the stronger southerly and southeasterly winds blow the humidoity from the Gulf and the South China Sea to the upper country. Outbreaks of summer storms are possible with thunderstorms, gusty winds, isolated hail and lightning strikes. People should beware of the severe condtions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees, unsecured buildings and billboards, as well as taking off metal decorations and mobiles during the events. Farmers should prevent for crop damage. In addition, the easterly and the southeasterly winds prevail across the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershowers in the South (west coast). People should beware of the severe weather. The waves of both seas are lower than 1 meter high and in the thundershowers more than 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.

Northern
Day hot and haze. Isolated thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail mostly in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Tak, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-38 C. Southerly winds 5-15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Day hot and haze. Scattered thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail mostly in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Udon Thani, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nakhon Phanom, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 22-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
Central
Day hot and haze. Scattered thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Suphan Buri, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thunderstorms with isolated gusty winds and hail mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 31-36 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers in Phang Nga, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Easterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Day and day haze. Scattered thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail. Minimum temperature 27-29 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southeasterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
