The southerly and southeasterly winds still prevail over upper Thailand with continueous rainfall and isolated heavy rains remaining in the North, the Northeast, the Central, Bangkok and vicinidy and the East regions. People should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash floods and overflows. Farmers should prevent for crop damage. For the South, the southeasterly wind prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers. The waves in the upper Andaman Sea are about 2 meters high, above 2 meters high offshore and 1 - 2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea, above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships proceed with catuon and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea keep ashore lasting 16 May. In addition, tropical cyclone ?MOCHA? over the middle bay of Bengal is expected to make landfall over ashore of Myanmar on 14 and 15 May. From 12 to 15 May, continuous rainfalls will be likely over the whole country, and isolated heavy rains are possible. In the upper Andaman Sea, the waves are 2 ? 3 meters high, above 3 meters high offshore and 1 ? 2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea, above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the upper Andaman keep ashore lasting 16 May.

Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Lopburi, Saraburi, Suphanburi, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 25-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Southerly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao and Chonburi. Minimum temperature 25-29 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Southerly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 1 meter in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Day hot. Isolated thundershowers in Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Southeasterly winds 10-30 km/hr. Wave height below 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
