During 16 - 18 May, the southwesterly wind prevails over the upper country with thundershowers in general, while isolated heavy rain will remain in the North from 15 to 16 May. During 19 - 21 May, the southwesterly wind remain over the upper country while the low pressure cell covers upper the coast of Vietnam and Tokin bay. More rains are likely in the Northeast, the Central and the East. The westerly and southwesterly winds prevailing across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf will strengthen with more rains and isolated heavy rains in the South.
Caution
During 15 - 16 May, people in the North should beware of severe weather. During 18 - 21 May, people in the South should beware of heavy rains. All ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
