During 21 - 24 May, the southwesterly wind over the upper country will be strengthen while the low pressure cell covers upper the coast of Vietnam and Tokin bay. More rains and isolated heavy rains are likely in the Northeast, the Central and the East. During 19 - 24 May, the southwesterly wind prevailing across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf will strengthen with more rains and isolated heavy rains in the South. The wind and wave over the Andaman Sea will be likely 1 - 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Caution
People in the South should beware of heavy rains and its accumulations throughout the period. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
