Meanwhile, the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains Less rains are likely in the the effecting area of the southwest monsoon. The moderate wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea and Gulf. Wave height about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. The moderate wind and wave in the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are likely 1 - 2 meters high and about 2 meters high in thundershowers. During 15 - 18 Jun, the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will weaken with less rains in the country and isolated heavy rain is possible in the South. The wind and wave in the Andaman Sea will weaken are likely 1 - 2 meters high and about 2 meters high in thundershowers.
