General Situation

The moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough lies across the upper portion of the North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam. Thundershowers are likely in the country mostly in the western portions and isolated heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast and the East. People should beware of severe conditions that may cause flash floods. The moderate wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 2 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the waves are 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon and Nakhon Phanom. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 32-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Surat Thani upwards: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga,Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Ranong upwards: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Phangnga downwards: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
