The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Meanwhile, the low pressure cell covers upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin throughout the period. Thundershowers are likely in the country and isolated heavy rains are possible in the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast). The moderate wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are 1 - 2 meters high in the upper Gulf, above 2 meters high in thundershowers and about 1 meter high in the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf, 1 - 2 meters high in thundershowers.

All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers throughout the period.

Scattered thundershowers throughout the period and isolated heavy rains during 19 - 22 June 2023. Southwesterly winds 15 - 30 km/hr. Wave heigh about 1 meter and 1 - 2 meters in thundershowers. Minimum temperature 24 - 29 C. Maximum temperature 31 - 37 C.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated to scattered thundershowers throughout the period. Southwesterly winds 15 - 30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1 - 2 meters offshore. Minimum temperature 23 - 28 C. Maximum temperature 31 - 37 C.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers throughout the period and isolated heavy rains during 17 - 19 June 2023. During 17 - 22 June 2023, Phangnga upward: southwesterly winds 15 - 35 km/hr. Wave height 1 - 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Phuket downward: southwesterly winds 15 - 30 km/hr. Wave heigh about 1 meter and 1 - 2 meters in thundershowers.
