General Situation

The monsoon trough lies across the upper part of northern Thailand and Laos. into the low pressure cell along the coast of middle Vietnam. Meanwhile, the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. Isolated thundershowers and isolated heavy rains are forecast for some of the North, the East and the South. The moderate wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea 1-2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. The Gulf has waves about 1 meter high and in thundershowers 1-2 meters high. All ships proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Uttaradit, Tak, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen and Nakhon Ratchasima. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Nakhon Pathom, Suphanburi Kanchaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains mostly in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 31-33 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and in thundershowers more than 2 meters.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
