General Situation

The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails across the upper Andaman Sea and upper Thailand while the low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam. Continuous rainfalls remains over the upper country with isolated heavy rains possible while isolated rain is likely in the South. People in upper Thailand should beware of the severe condition that may causes flashflood and overflows, especially, along foothills near waterways and lowlands. In the upper Andaman Sea, the waves are about 2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. For the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the waves are likely 1-2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high while the lower Gulf has about 1 meter high and offshore 1-2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum and Khon Kaen. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Ranong and Phangnga. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Ranong upwards : Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers. Phangnga downwards : Southwesterly winds 20-40 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 26-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
