Weather Outlook During 10 - 16 July 2023
During 11 - 13 Jul, The southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf with thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in some places. The winds and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers. During 14 - 16 Jul, the monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, the upper Laos and the upper Vietnam while the southwest monsoon which prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf will be strengthen. More thundershowers and isolated heavy rains are likely in the country. The winds and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf will be increase to 1 - 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Caution
During 14 - 16 Jul, People in Thailand should beware of heavy rains and accumulations. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
