General Situation

The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails across the upper Andaman Sea, upper thailand and the upper Gulf will weaken, and the low pressure cell covers upper Vietnam. There remains isolated heavy rains forecast for the Northeast, the East, the South (east coast) and the South (west coast). People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. For the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the waves are about 2 meters high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers while the lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf has waves 1-2 meters high and more than 2 meters in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Typhoon DOKSURI over the upper South China Sea is expected will make landfall over the southeastern part of China on 28 July.

Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Khon Kaen,Amnat Charoen, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Lopburi and Saraburi. Minimum temperature 25-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-36 C. Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and in thundershowers more than 2 meters.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla. Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters offshore.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi and Trang. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 28-34 C. Phangnga upwards : Southwesterly winds 20-40 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and in thundershowers more than 2 meters. Phuket downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 27-28 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C. Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.
