General Situation

The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Meanwhile, the weak monsoon trough lies across upper Myanmar and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam. Thundershowers are likely in the country and isolated heavy rains are possible in the East. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains. The moderate wind forces the wave in the Andaman Sea about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves has 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Suphan Buri, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Surat Thani upwards : southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 metres in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1 - 2 metres in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-31 C. Phuket upwards : Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr. Wave height about 2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers. Krabi downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1 - 2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers mostly in the afternoon to evening. Minimum temperature 25-27 C. Maximum temperature 32-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
