General Situation

The monsoon trough lie across the upper North and the upper Northeast into the low pressure cell over the coast upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. With above conditions, it is expected to have isolated heavy rains in some places. People should beware of heavy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially, along water ways and lowland. For the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the moderate wind forces the waves 1-2 meters high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Nakhon Phanom, Sakon Nakhon, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen and Nakhon Ratchasima. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 35-37 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Songkhla and Yala. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C. Surat Thani upwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers. Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers in Ranong and Phangnga. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 26-27 C. Maximum temperature 34-36 C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
