Thailand Daily Weather Forecast
General Situation
13 September 2023
The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar and upper Loas into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam and Tonkin Bay. Meanwhile, the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. Thundershowers and isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The moderate winds forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf 1-2 meters high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
