During 13 ? 17 Sep, the strong monsoon trough will down to lies across the lower North, the Central region and the southern part of Northeast. While the low pressure cell will move to cover upper Thailand during 15 ? 16 Sep. Rains are increased, together with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. During 18 ? 19 Sep, the strong monsoon trough lies across the upper Thailand will weakening. Rains are decrease in the country but isolated heavy rains are likely in some places. The moderate southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf throughout the period. The wind and wave in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are moderate, 1 - 2 meters height and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Caution
People should beware of heavy rains and its accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers throughout the period.
