During 15 ? 17 Sep, the strong monsoon trough lie across the North, the Central and the Northeast of Thailand while the low-pressure cell which covers the Northeast will move pass the monsoon trough that lie across upper Thailand on 17 Sep. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country while isolated very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East regions. Meanwhile, the moderated southwest monsoon prevails over the Andamana Sea, the South and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the South. The wind and wave in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are 1 - 2 meters high and above 2 meters in thundershowers while the wave in the lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf has about 1 meter high and about 2 meters high in thundershowers. During 18 ? 21 Sep, the weakening monsoon trough lies across the North and the Northeast of Thailand. Meanwhile, the moderated southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf will weaken. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country. The wind and wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 1 meter high and about 2 meters high in thundershowers.
