General Situation

The monsoon trough move up to ly across the upper North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam. Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the lower Northeast, the Central, the East, the South and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the Northeast, the East and the Central including Bangkok and it vicinity. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea from Ranong northward are likely 1-2 meters high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea from Phang Nga southward and the Gulf, the wave has about 1 meter high and 1-2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Variable winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Saraburi, Suphanburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhon. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-28 C. Maximum temperature 31-34 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket and Krabi. Minimum temperature 24-25 C. Maximum temperature 32-34 C. Ranong upwards : southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and more than 2 meters in thundershowers. Phang Nga downwards : southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains. Minimum temperature 24-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-34 C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
